Sites Bought For Two Tall Hotel Flats: 15-Story Building To Be Erected at Broadway and 108th Street: Another at Madison Ave., Near 37th
New – York Tribune (1923-1924); New York, N.Y. [New York, N.Y]. 23 Mar 1923: 11.

This project illustrates how closely brothers, brothers-in-law, sons-in-law of the Paterno/Campagna family worked: Victor Cerabone, husband of Celestina Paterno, and his son-in-law Michael A. Campagna, brother of Anthony Campagna, purchased this lot representing the 146th Street Corporation which was founded for the 690 Riverside Drive project. The 146th Street Corporation was headed by Anthony Campagna, Victor Cerabone, and Michael A. Campagna. To purchase the 300 West 108th lot, the building at 680 Riverside Drive was given in partial payment. 680 Riverside Drive was built by the 680 Riverside Drive Corporation which was founded by Armino A. Campagna (brother of Anthony and Michael) and Anthony Campagna. They seemed to pool their resources, assets, and representation across projects.
