Paterno Realty Company. The property was purchased as an investment by the Cabot Real Estate Company. It is known as No. 281 to 285 St. Nicholas avenue, where it fronts 100.11 feet-, and has a frontage of 62.4 feet in 124 th street and 63 feet on Hancock Place. (source)
